here's the concept:

The 12 year old lifeguard watches over the young, inexperienced and ignorant masses; those that spend time at the pool and take the dangers of the waters for granted. A militant young lady that trains coastguards that watch over the coastline; she also knows how to fix and assemble 5 classes of firearms, but goes to bed by 11 every night and likes the taste of corn.
